CREA has externally facing and internally facing values. CREA’s internally facing values are enablers to the externally facing values. 

CREA’s externally facing values are:

  • Impact. CREA provides strategically fitting research where it makes the most impact against our strategy. Our work is agile and dynamic, catering to the needs of the moment.
  • Evidence-based. CREA is a data-driven organisation that is guided by an evidence-based strategy to produce scientifically sound publications. 
  • Independent. CREA’s contributions are independent of biassed/external/third party influence.
  • Trust and transparency. The methodologies and assumptions that CREA’s work is based on are freely accessible. Our work is transparent and trustworthy.
  • Partner driven collaboration. CREA listen to partner needs and co-creates work with the aim of creating results that have the most positive impact possible. We value the goals of our partners and strive to help them reach them in a timely manner.
